Weise Appraisal Services was created after Steve had a successful twenty year career as a Software Engineer in the Sacramento area. Driven by a desire to spend time out the office working directly with clients, in 2016 Steve made a career change and started Weise Appraisal Services.

As a Software Engineer Steve honed many skills that crosses over into the appraising world. His project management experience, great attention to detail and time management have proven useful as a Real Estate Appraiser. Having managed large development projects with multiple pieces allows for Steve to plan out each part of an appraisal that is needed for the completed report. While Steve's attention to detail is vital in deliverying high quality and detailed appraisal reports. Steve's time management continues to be an asset and helps Steve to stay on schedule with each appraisal and to deliver the final report on-time.
