Home Measurement / Floor Planning

Knowing the gross living area (GLA) of your home is critical when trying to sell or determine value of your home. If you're not sure of the GLA of your home then we can help by doing external measurements, sketching the exterior layout and calculating the GLA. This accurate reflection of GLA will be a key factor to detemrine your homes value. Our Floor planning service takes the home measurement a step further as we step inside your home and do a rough floor plan approximating the locations of the walls, giving the dimensions of all major rooms and locations of major appliances.

PMI Removal

Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) is used by lenders to help guarantee loans when the loan is for more than 80% of the value of the home. If you've paid your loan down below 80%, or if your home has increased in value so that your loan is now less than 80% of the homes current value, the lender should remove the PMI. Not all lenders will accept an appraisal you've requested, before ordering an appraisal for PMI removal we recommend you talk with your lender verifying that they will accept an appraisal to remove your PMI.

Bankruptcy

If you're in the unfortunate situation of having to file for bankruptcy your lawyer will need to know your worth, including all your assets.
